What do you do when life hits the fan?

When shit sucks?

When you feel your whole life, every fear, and the full range of your emotions melt all around you; like lava enveloping your body, mind, and soul.

What do you do then?

When you feel those feelings that make you want to crawl out of your skin?

When you have heard time and time again that feelings are just feelings and don’t have power over your current reality, but you are currently sitting in those terrible feelings so you begin to question that truth and are sure your current dark emotional state is never going to end?

What do you do then?

What do you do?

Are you still feeling those feelings now?

Has something else come into your awareness that slightly distracts you from the horror of your previous feelings?

Are you now back in the horror or your feelings?

Do you have to be in this horror?

Do you really have control over this?

Are you crazy?

No, I am sure you are just being wise and intuitive.

But maybe a little crazy?

Are these questions distracting you from those horrid feelings we were talking about earlier? Can you shift your mindset?

Do you want to shift your mindset?

Does it feel tempting to stay in the muck of those horrid emotions?

Do you know what is on the other side of these feelings?

What if I told you that you were already on the other side of those feelings and emotions?
